I don't know which one you looked at, but I bought mine last year for about
the 15 quid mark. They've discontinued it now, but you could, I'm sure get
something around the same sort of pricemark.

They appear as a video4linux device, so any video capture/snapshot program
can be used. (This is certainly true for the ones I've seen)
