I know that when Osirusoft closed down it was set to return a black-hole
confirmation for every IP checked (controvertial, but the maintainer saw
it as the only way to stop people using the 'service').  Dorkslayers may
have done the same.

New versions of SpamAssassin shouldn't use Osirosoft, at least.
