Depends if UKFSN support SSH, check their documentation to see if they
offer an SSH accout for you (most hosting providers do... but there
are some exceptions).

SSH isn't a type of FTP, it's an entirely different communications
suite (it creates a secure tunnel and throws files through it, rather
than FTP passing stuff in the plain). The prefered option in most
cases is SSH, given that FTP passes authentication information in the
plain.
