I believe this is now working, with only the 4 of us on the list
   to test it first.
Please reply so I can see the list is working to start with.

I either have to 'subscribe' everybody from the old list (who
   could potentially complain), or better I should probably
   'invite' everybody which means they can then accept
   subscription if they want (much more sensible I think).

I will update the web-page before doing this.
