[Wiltshire] ASDL problems with Nildram, Toucan and Tiscali

I'm interested - having just spent 6 months trying to shift then cancel my
tiscali BBand account, because of a mess they made of my service, and having
to involve ofcom in the end, this is a subject of interest to me. Greg
