[Wiltshire] Kernel won't run on this SBC

Google tells me this is a MB/Kernel problem where the kernel is incorrectly
identifying features of the MB Chipset that are not actually present. Looks
like other non PC104 users have solved the issue by flashing their
motherboards. The other option is to use an older kernel or role your own
and turn off no-relevant features int he kernel build.
