wasn't as specific as I thought and it may sound like

What I thought was a section specific # link at the
end of the URL is nothing of the sort. Let me assure
you that this is not the case.
What I meant was for you to look at the 'If You Can't
Get An Answer' section near the bottom. It appears the
# bit does nothing.
