Get someone in the near vicinity to have it put in and share the connection 
using wireless lan? If you could get a few and share costs you'd be laughing, 
charge everyone £10 a month.

Someone in the uk is offering a package like this, if you can recruit 20 
neighbours, they will provide all the hardware , can't find the url tho
