There were laws against using 802.11 for commercial/resale use although
that has now changed (hence btopenzone and similar). afaik it's normally
against an ISP's AUP to resell bandwidth/sharing/etc. Depends on your ISP
really - i don't think most would notice/care so long as it wasn't abused
- and then as mentioned previously, it's your neck (and cable :P) on the
line.
