According to http://www.waxy.org/archive/2003/03/17/ebay_to_.shtml, that guy
has already written a thing which screen-scrapes eBay search pages and
converts to RSS. The principle will be the same, I suspect. Note also that
that guy mentions some kind of fee-based "eBay API", which means that eBay
might not actually like what you're doing...
