[Wolves] New forums

Hi all,

I know not everyone will be fussed about this, but I
have set up some forums on my site. I have mainly set
some up to discuss things such as free software in
charities and education, but I have also added a
general LUG forum and mentioned it on the LUGMaster
mailing list - it would be cool to get some inter-lug
discussion going. :)
