I am currently having problems with mailinglist2.0 version v1 used to post 
links to such things but v2.0 seems to be bandwidth happy ;-)

incidently anyone who has followed this upgrade path might be interested in 
the haveatoss patch which works well with any of the wife series (at least 
with less problems than affair and bitontheside programs) as long as you 
follow the upgrade instructions for bathroomdoorlockV1.2
