Hi :) I'm Adam, the guy the gave you grief when you
made your opening post to the list. Again, sorry about
that but I thought you were trying to take the piss, a
misintrepretation on my part. I'm also the guy that
arrived in the big green parka that everybody went
"F*cking hell!" at when I came through the door. I'm
sorry I didn't get to talk to you in person and make
amends for my over zealous reaction to your first
contact, but will do so at another meeting.

Yeah, we usually meet in the Standard now, they used
to be at the Moon Under Water pub, so yeah it's always
some kind of hostelry or restaurant. Next time I
believe it will be the Pie Factory in Tipton.

People do sometimes seem surprised when they meet us
all for the first time. As is often said, we're a bit
looser, more social and probably a bit bizarre
compared to most LUGs and we don't spend all night
discussing the intricate details of line 134 of file
idontknowwhat.h that comes as part of the source code
for the zlib package.
