It says all over the place to not set it to something low; why not?
Would it be a problem if I set the inactivity unmount timeout to 3
seconds? It'd unmount the disc all the time, but that's not really a
problem, since it'd be remounted whenever she tried to use it.
Next question: should I use autofs, which requires a kernel recompile
(boo!) or am-utils (which used to be amd), which is userspace (which
makes sense to me for this, and doesn't require a recompile) but seems
to be a bit older and less-well-supported?
