You have a catch 22 situation I'm not happy about all the info on file,
cards and so on but the point is, if I've nothing to hide why would I be
bothered?

Here's a classic for you, last week I phoned our local Pizza place in
Bloxwich high street. told them the pizza I wanted, the girl then said
"OK it will be with you in half an hour" Stunned I said "It will take a
lot longer because I've not given you my address or name!" the girl then
promptly told me my address and name!!

Apparently this is a new service from BT, its not exactly big brother
but a little un-nerving.
