[Wolves] Bandwidth Monitoring

Heya,
Just a quick one, i need to monitor bandwidth used on my network. There's loads of tools out there, but i need to monitor bandwidth per user, rather than by IP. Anyone know any ideas? Not bothered what OS it runs on as i've got mac's, windows and *nix machines for all heh :)
