I have a family member who became a bus driver with travel west midlands about 6 months ago, and he has said that there is no company 'travelwm', in fact they are 'travel west midlands', which is part of the 'national express group'.

Actually the travelwm uk domain was registered back in 1996, so they are
definitely pre-existing. They could easily argue that you knew full
well what their name was and the confusion that would occur.

AFAIK that would be all they would need to prove.

Why 'obviously'? If you have a legitimate reason for wanting the domain
then why on Earth would you want to hide it?

> Oh, I would like to thank the person who forwarded my email address to the express and star. The email address I use in here is only for here. I wonder if anything I posted previously in here will be in the paper soon.
Well whoever it was(it wasn't me) /could/ have forwarded the whois
information and you would have had journalists at your door... ;)

(Although it has to be said to call the site www.diy-dating.com an
'adult/dating site' is pushing it a bit - the description really does
imply 'pr0n', doesn't it? I think they've called it that for the
sensation value (it is the Express & Star, after all...))
