Novell is to start offering covering it's enterprise customers who might
come under attack from SCO.

Now that would be a nice one in court.

judge - "and the plaintiff says you and your customers are illegally
using something called unix in your products.  They claim to own said
sourcecode and seek ...."

Novell lawyer - "*cough* errr yourhonour, my clients own the rights to
this source code but sold some rights to there use to the plaintiff, the
plaintiff does not own the code, the name or any part intellecual
property relating to unix" - bang places big pile of documents on judges

SCO lawyer - "arrrgghh"

judge - "court is dismissed stop wasting the time of the court"
