It would, but what would be better would be IBM.  IBM
have warehouses full of patents. The have a patent on
numbers and letters on the screen and various other
impossible not to violate things. They are also rich.
Very rich.  With lots and lots of lawyers.  They are
like 3 times as big as microsoft. If I could choose
someone to defend my linux useage, it would be IBM.
