A few months ago the NHS was thinking about going to *nix because they 
couldnt afford the liscencing costs. Now Gates's putting money in  whats 
happenin now, i mean are we gonna get a BSOD on the heart rate monitors of 
maybe life support that crashes at least twice a day??
