Be careful with SquirrelMail v1.4.3.. it has a bug in that when you 
click reply it gets stuck in a loop and gobbles up a lot of memory etc. 
It's fixed in the latest CVS version of the stable tree, and they've 
just released a v1.4.3a to fix the bug it seems.. so use that instead.
