Its all done by Centro-webnet what they do is sell a Centro-webnet Internet 
connection but sign you up to a BT connect account with the mail I try not to 
get too involved fortunately we have a web guru used to work for Web Factory 
don't buy from us we still charge for the Router/Modem and installation.
