[Wolves] PHP behind Smoothwall

Has anyone ever come across a problem with PHP behind smoothwall having
$REMOTE_ADDR containing "localhost" rather than the external facing ip/dns.

My PHP server is on my Green Interface I have portforwarded etc but my PHP
scripts are either giving 192.168.0.119 or localhost instead of the IP given to
me by Telewest through Smoothwall 82.some.thing.blah

Any thoughts?
