[Wolves] EUCD and Rob Marris

Howdy all,

Just had an email from Rob Marris, MP for Wolverhampton South West, 
saying that he wrote a letter to the gov., over the weekend, asking 
what's going on with the EUCD. He's going to send me a copy of the reply 
he gets.

Rob seems pretty sound. I've met him a couple of times and, judging by 
his voting record, he's not afraid to stand up to the government.
