[Wolves] dpkg

[fizzy]

dpkg --list is giving me a huge list of some ii
(installed, I think) and some rc (recommended?)
packages.  Is there any way I can tell it I don't want
to install any recommended packages and remove them
from the list? Failing that, can I get it just to list
ii packages? Please don't tell me to grep them out :P
