I was thinking if people bring their own meat (or vegetarian
alternative) / bread / beer we'll provide the trimmings (sauce etc) and
the charcoal.

If its a problem for too many people we can return to the normal curry
house setup.

David has also volunteered to collect one car load of people from the
wolverhampton area if you want to get taxis back.
