[Wolves] Linux question (yes really!)

This is a problem I had yesterday, I solved it but I'm sure there must be a
better way.

I have a server running redhat 6.2, we have co-hosted it for 2+ years but
its now surplus to our clients requirements and we may be interested in
taking the machine as part-ex for some work he wants us to do. I need to
know what spec it is so I can work out what its worth.

Its a 5U no-name rack mount, and I believe it is dual proc with a hardware
raid disk array (possibly raid5 or possibly not).

Any ideas how I could find cpu speed(s), ram, disk numbers and sizes, etc?

I know the root password if that helps but there is no X etc (its a
server!).
