[Wolves] ADSL providers

I've heard good noises about both Bulldog and V21 adsl.  Bulldog don't
do an ISP e-mail with the basic package though whereas V21 do.

When ADSL comes down to about £14 or £15 a month I will be able to
afford it...until then....
