Hi All

Is it possible to switch between hosts in a bash shell?

What I mean is I have set the host name to root at digital but would like to run 
root at localhost from bash, I need to find out if there is any mail hanging 
around for root at localhost.

I have told kmail that roots mail is /var/spool/mail but dont seem to get any 
cron jobs mailed to me, this is RedHat 6.2 so things probably function 
differently to more upto date systems.

I have just changed the mailto to root at digital so I suppose it will be a 
couple of hours before I know if that will work.
