The novotel is less than 5 mins away, looks clean on the outside and in 
the lobby is part of a chain so it's about as good as you are going to 
get for a reasonable price (a very nice hotel by Rons house but that 
will cost a bomb)

another plus is it's on my route home so you won't even have to walk for 
five mins ;-)
