[Wolves] backup to DVD

heya,

Im looking to backup my system to a dvd or two, before i start playing
with it too much. However i do have a couple of questions,

1, what would i use to backup to dvd with, i know theres backup and
theres a wrapper for amanda to backup to dvd's, but i dunno which to
use...

2. a dumb question, but if i did loose my system how would i restore,
as it appears to just be a copy of the system, so i'd have to
re-install then roestre? or something??
