Well the Enigmail plugin for Thunderbird/Mozilla Mails uses these by default

wwwkeys.pgp.net, random.sks.keyserver.penguin.de, pgp.dtype.org,
keyserver.kjsl.com, ldap://certserver.pgp.com

When you upload to one, its reps to the others (apparently)
