Actually rereading my post I notice I probably came across as a little 
annoyed - sorry, I didn't mean to, the people I am a little annoyed with 
are the Samba people for not having this on their roadmap in the first 
place. 

I think people will want Active Directory whether they really need it or 
not, and it will make it much harder to justify getting a Linux server 
to them without it.
