[Wolves] yum or apt-get help please

Hi All

Can anyone help? I have an install of RH 6.2 and need yum or apt-get for RH 
6.2

Ive had a quick trawl round the net but although the search engines say you 
can get it I cant find it (I'm stupid, out of time, in a rush) its taken me 
up until now to get the stupid thing on the net.

Any help will be much appreciated.
