To prepare the smallest risc/unix based workstation in
history:-

Take 1 iBook, remove the screen, keyboard, and
trackpad, scrunch it up into a square form factor,
reduce the price, name it the iMac Mini.

The mini is a very nice machine but its basically an
iBook in desktop clothing. This isn't a *bad* thing,
just *a* thing, but if you want expandability then the
G4mac is a much better bet. Of course if you want
small, silent, and sexy then go mini.

One big advantage of all this is that Linux has been
supported on the iBook for years so support for the
mini should be solid as well (in fact I see
www.terrasoftsolutions.com sell them with linux
pre-installed).
