hey dave,

Thanks for the responce. I did buy August digital camera mag and after budget 
calculations (the wife....) I have only £350 to spend. Which for falls short 
of the dslr market. So After plenty of research I was thinking about ordering 
the fujifinepix s7000zoom with a 1GIG XD card. And after getting to grips 
with the manual mode.....maybe upgrade in a year or so....

so let me know what you think.....
