Port 25: No, but the IP address range is very often blacklisted due to
the number of spambots.  The most reliable method of sending is via
smtp.blueyonder.co.uk which is not blacklisted as often.

Webservers: as long as not for general use.  See section 5 of the AUP

Now, do I stay on my 2Mb connection and go to 10Mb at GBP 35 pcm or do I
"downgrade" next month to the 4Mb service at GBP 25 pcm, thus saving
myself GBP 120 per year?
