Regarding disability and employment.  A prospective employer must now
look beyond the disability and take the prospectiver employees
qualifications, experience etc into account in exactly the same way as
an able bodied persons.

It's still very worrying though.  I am registered disabled and have,
after nearly 5 years decided that I want to rejoin the world's
workforce.  So, this subject is rather close to my heart :-)
