Its broken  :(

I was doing really well got the sql database loaded did the command to 
configure it and then this happened;

File "./configurator", line 14, in ?
    import kumula
  File "./../lib/kumula.py", line 15, in ?
    from qt import *
ImportError: No module named qt

It looks like this is a very new project as I cant see any other  
contributions. I've signed up to the bloody bleeding wiki probably stuck my 
request in the wrong place I now await divine guidance.
