I swear on my mother's grave I just genuinely had this conversation
with one of the people working here.

Luser> Hi Dan, just a quickie.  You know when you go into the recycle
bin, there is usually a link at the top left of the screen with links
to delete all items or restore them.

Me> Yes?

Luser> Well it's disappeared.  Is there anything I can do to get it
back, any buttons I can push or anything?

Me> Well have you actually got anything in your recycle bin?

Luser> No....

Somebody pass me a baseball bat.
