Hello all,
Having read an intriguing entry about ssh in http://ubuntuguide.org/ I
decided to install ssh. I've now logged in to my PC remotely via
putty & webssh. I've worked out how to transfer files from host to
client...
...but I gather there is a lot more to this. For example, can I do
VNC-style stuff? If so, how? I'm keen to be able to do this from
web-based clients or from programs on my wonderful USB HDD, so I can
look at files, do things remotely, etc, pref from GUIs rather than CLIs.
I struggle to find any idiot's guides on Google, and I have no
intention of using Mr Gate's bright & shiny MSN Search. Anyone point
me to some good tutorials?
Can't come along tomorrow to the lugmeet, but I hope to be able to soon.
Thanks,
Paul

Or is it playing in the dirt?
