[Wolves] Open source maps?

Is there such a thing as a repository of Open Source maps?  I need a
map of our village - Cheslyn Hay - but don't want to hit copyright
problems.  The map is going to be used for a publicly accessible
'official' document/report so it must be squeaky clean.  I can try the
district council but we all know what they can be like going from
department to department....
