[Wolves] OT: .htaccess control

Need some help blocking access to my site. I've managed to stop the
comment spam on my blog with a monkey math request, but the automated
attempts just keep on coming and it's sucking up my bandwidth.

The offenders are listed in my webstats as php-soft.com and the
interestingly named lesbian-sex.name - can I block access to this
address using an .htaccess file ?
