Hey, its nothing personal in fact I was doing you a favour. There are others
out there that would not have been as gentle, I have the scars and therapy
bills to prove it.

Your not on your own, I know sometimes it feels like it. I will help you any
time I can subject to time and my lack of knowledge.

Like me you are excited with this new world you have been exposed to and want
to know everthing now! also I bet you feel, like me, left out when members
have discussions about solutions and applications you and I know nothing
about.

The trick is to build up your knowledge base, if I'm not on the computer I've
got my head in a manual I tend to read them like other people would read a
good book.

I'm currently wading through the LPI books I will read it from cover to cover
then go back and do the course work.

Too many people make the mistake of just getting the immediate answer so they
will scan through the read-me or Mr Google find the specific bit punch in the
command and leave it at that. they don't learn the whole process this is when
multitudes of posts appear asking "how do I do it" its generally not because
the person is lazy its because they have not learnt the method of learning.

Hence: "You can catch a man a fish and he eats for a day" "Teach him how to
fish and he eats for life" (unless your one of Sparkes chav's)
