This is an install from the hosting provider, actually it was dead simple I 
did it on my dial-up last night they have loads of different stuff even cron 
jobs I've not looked at them all yet.

As usual I rushed things a bit but so far WordPress is easy to use I haven't 
even read the howto there is options that I haven't played with yet like 
putting peoples picture next to their link and categories I'll mess with them 
over the next couple of days.
