I'd probably fancy this in about 6 months or so, but
I'm at uni right now in the middle of my final year.

I don't know of any charities off hand, a quick google
brought up a few remote possibilities, but none that
look like they would offer you someone, more likely
they offer redundant hardware.

The best example look like http://www.computer-aid.org
who don't seem to offer people, just hardware.
