A BIG THANKS for the help and it has now updated with new kernel and
GIMP 2.2, etc. by using the 'yum update' command.

However, I do know the reputation of "Apt-Get" which is superior as
used by the Debian community, I am unable to install that by entering
the command as you have suggested: "yum install apt-get".

All I got is this message as follows:
