Unfortunately not.

To clarify, the service must not:

- be traceable
in any way
- ask for a real name etc during registration
- log the IP address
of the machine used to access it.

However, it must be able to send and
receive email as normal.

By the way, I'm asking for a friend, naturally.
If you think about it, though, I'd be pretty stupid to post publicly if I
was going to so much effort to remain anonymous myself :)
