[Wolves] mbstring

Hi All

With phpMyAdmin I get a red error message 'you need to install mbstring 
extension' I've looked on the PHP web site and it talks about enabling it 
when installing.

It doesn't seem to cause me any problems but I suppose I ought to fix it.

Seeing as its already installed is there a workaround?
