I've not come across a plugin for midi files but timidity can play them.  The 
web page that you mention has a midi file embeded 
<embed src="___Liquidator.mid" autostart="true" width="70" height="24" 
loop="true">

so running 
timidity http://www.freewebs.com/ashiftsfinest/___Liquidator.mid
plays it back.
